Her background in Computer System Security and Network makes her exposed to the digital world. Eugenie has an honours degree in Information System Security and Forensics earned from the University of Greenwich. She also has a diploma in Cisco networking and advanced Microsoft Office application. She has worked for the UK Citizen advice bureau as first line support with IT department helping users with account issues and set up, as well as being a former civil servant employee working for the UK Home Office.
In addition, she has a good command of several tools and applications, has gained certificates through LinkedIn learning such as GDPR Compliance Essential training and risk management for cyber security managers through Udemy. Eugenie considers herself as an outgoing learner who is always looking for new ways to improve her knowledge.
Technically efficient through using various social media platforms, she owns a platform on Facebook called Eladefense where she dispenses Social Media Awareness courses to advice users on how to protect their social media accounts. With her humble approach, she designed and maintained a Facebook group and page that turns fans to customers. Her passion for social media privacy especially Facebook has won her many users who constantly solicit her service.
She makes over Facebook profiles, creates communities and user groups; she secures users accounts from people who search for vulnerabilities through social engineering, fishing or other form of attack. She gives advice on issues like password management, maintaining browser security clean-ups , system performance clean up, software installation, folders security and many more.
In addition to her background in Information System security, she has been designing and writing content for a popular blog post called Continent Noir Mon Afrique which discusses Africans issues and taboos.
